Career Navigation Roundtables

Looking for clarity, direction, or growth in your work?

Since early 2020, these free roundtables have been a space for support, clarity, and connection. We started hosting them as a way to help people navigate the uncertainty of the pandemic. They continued through the Great Resignation and the wave of career shifts that followed. And now, in a challenging economy and job market, the need for community and grounded guidance is just as strong.

Each 60-minute session focuses on one topic. We spend about 20–30 minutes digging in, then open it up for Q&A. These conversations are practical and energizing, and they’ve become a genuine networking hub where people regularly exchange resources, introductions, and encouragement.

Topics vary widely — from clarifying your career direction to strengthening leadership skills, navigating interviews, networking, negotiations, performance conversations, and more.

January Topic:

Clarifying Your Candidate-Market-Fit Strategy

In this session, we’ll talk through how to understand your candidate-market fit for an upcoming or current transition — what the market is asking for, what you bring, and how to bridge the gap.

We’ll cover how to identify where you add unique value, how to assess where you may need to build credibility, and how to use networking conversations to sharpen your strategy.
