Strengths-based coaching means starting with what you’re already good at. Together, we unpack how your natural strengths are working for you and where they might also be creating some friction. Then we leverage what’s working to build new capabilities so you can show up more effectively as a leader, communicate with more confidence, navigate change with more clarity, or build the relationships that matter.

But the real work happens in practice. As you try new approaches, we create space to debrief what's working, where you're getting stuck, and what you're learning about yourself. We’re here to offer reframes, help you see the bigger picture, and support you as you build the muscle of showing up differently.

Here’s How We Work Together:

Understand.

We use diagnostic tools to give us language and frameworks to understand the patterns at play and who you are uniquely. Because everyone is different, we find strategies that work for you.

Practice.

Bi-weekly 60-minute coaching sessions give you a structured timeline to work through challenges while practicing new approaches to bring about the changes you want to see. You'll build strengths-based tools and tactics to tackle hard situations.

Support.

We’re available over email to review the things you want to land well: a performance review, a tough conversation with a direct report, an email to your team. You'll also get the occasional article, book, or video when we think it's just what you need.
